CORRIANDER CHUTNEY

              

  This chutney goes well with dosa, idlis, rice...........you name it!!Stays fresh for a few days under refrigeration.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups corriander leaves
2 tsp oil
2 green chillies
2-3 tbsps grated coconut
1 pea sized tamerind
salt

PROCESS:
  • In a pan add oil. 
  • when its hot, saute the green chillies, tamerind and coconut.
  • switch off the flame and add the corriander leaves and salt.
  • the corriander leaves start to wilt. cool
  • Blend with a little water and serve
note:
  • tastes good without tempering itself.
